Biomass from three sequencing batch reactors (SBRs) individually enriched in phosphorus-accumulating organisms (PAO) Candidatus 'Accumulibacter phosphatis' (CAP) clades IC and IIC and glycogen-accumulating organism (GAO) Candidatus 'Competibacter phosphatis' lineage 4 were further enriched using density-based centrifugation. Enrichment was confirmed using DGGE before and after centrifugal separation. Ion Torrent PGM sequencing, non-taxonomic binning was used to assemble high-quality metagenome-derived genomes for CAP IC, CAP IIC, and CCP lineage 4.
